They are situated on the 1st floor sharing part of the Old Taunton road address with the Biddiscombes Furniture Store and Autosave Car parts & accessories Shop. The offices have their own dedicated entrance with a ground floor foyer and showroom window. There is 24hour access to the Offices with shared use of the kitchen facilities & the Male & female toilets. All of these, together with the public areas are cleaned and refurbished weekly
Tenancy
The Office rentals include Electricity & rates, so the only overheads are your telephone and the advised Insurance cover for your Office contents. We operate a simple monthly roll-over contract, with the equivalent of one months’ rent as a security deposit. This deposit is refundable on cessation of tenancy, subject to the Office being handed back in a reasonable condition. The rent is paid on the 1st of each month in advance by Standing order or bank transfer. We request a period of one full month in notice of vacation of the Office
Vacancies
We currently have three Offices available to let. Two of the offices are able to be opened up into one double Office. One of these Offices benefits from Air-conditioning. The Offices are all carpeted and freshly decorated. As previously mentioned the ground floor entrance area contains a showroom window which tenants are able to use to promote their business. Subject to mutually agreeing their share of the available space with the other tenants.
TCOB
The Staff at the Furniture Store are on hand daily. They can look after any day to day concerns or problems that might occur. They are in touch with the Landlords on a daily basis, as we aim to provide all of our tenants with a friendly stress free environment. Also we’re just a short stroll from the Town Centre
